The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services across the lifespan, emphasizing prevention, chronic disease management, and continuity of care. About the Position Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions. Perform physical exams, preventive screenings, and wellness visits. Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics. Develop patient-centered care plans and deliver evidence-based treatment. Prescribe medications in accordance with Montana state regulations. Perform minor in-office procedures (based on training and comfort). Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. Collaborate with supervising physician and care team members. Coordinate referrals to specialists and community resources. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR. Qualifications Licensed PA-C or APRN (FNP) in the state of Montana. National certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC). DEA registration (or ability to obtain). BLS required; ACLS preferred. Primary care experience preferred. Experience with EMR systems and evidence-based decision-making.
