Job Description Providence Medical Group is seeking a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join an established, full-spectrum growing practice in Missoula, Montana. Grant Creek Family Medicine offers labs, X-ray services and 3D mammography onsite. There is also integrated behavioral health and care management.
