• 3+ years of experience in Family Medicine A Provider seeking a long-term clinic home where they can grow, contribute, and make a true impact within the community. Acute Care experience preferred

• Key Responsibilities
• Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests including labs and imaging Provide education on treatment plans and follow-up care Document all encounters accurately and timely in EPIC
• Requirements
• Master's or Doctoral degree from accredited NP or PA program Board Certified FNP or PA-C Active NC License & DEA and willing to obtain a SC License & DEA
