Expanding practice seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work in Family Medicine in Greensboro, North Carolina! Join a collaborative Family Medicine team with a Monday-Friday daytime schedule.

Job/Practice Description:
Family Medicine PA/NP Full-time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (shift hours may vary based on practice needs) Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a cost-effective, efficient, compassionate manner Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage patients within scope of practice, exercising sound clinical judgment Maintain efficient patient scheduling while meeting productivity expectations Ensure accurate documentation, diagnostic and CPT coding, and appropriate use of ancillary services and specialty consultations Participate in meetings, committees, and quality improvement initiatives Use of EHR systems and standard medical office technology
Requirements:
Graduate of a nationally recognized PA or NP training program NC licensure required; certification preferred 1-3 years of experience preferred Influenza vaccine required as a condition of employment Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills Location offers: Greensboro is a city of 380,000 people, with a regional population of approximately 1 million. Greensboro is located in the central "Piedmont" area of North Carolina, within easy driving distance of both the mountains and the beach via Interstate 40 and several other major highways. There is a four-season climate (winter is very short and moderate!)
