Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m•5:00 p.m. UNC Primary Care at Graham is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team at this brand new, state-of-the-art facility. This is an exceptional opportunity to help shape a new practice, deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of the individuals and families we serve. Ideal Candidate Qualifications ?Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine ?Active, unrestricted North Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain one) ?Strong interest in caring for medically complex adult patients ?Demonstrated experience and interest in addressing mental health needs within a primary care setting Clinical Services Provided ?Comprehensive preventive healthcare ?Acute and sick care ?Annual physicals and wellness visits ?Immunizations ?Women?s health services ?Management of acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma ?Routine screening and diagnostic testing Qualifications ?Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) ?Active North Carolina license (or eligibility to obtain one) ?Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience About theCommunity:
