We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient pain practice in Greenville, NC. This is a hands-on, procedure-focused role in a collaborative, physician-led environment.

Position Highlights:

4.5-day work week

Monday-Thursday:

8:00 AM-5:00

PM Friday:

Clinical Responsibilities:

Perform trigger point and joint injections Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans Manage medications as part of a multimodal approach Order and interpret imaging and lab results Collaborate with physicians and therapy specialists

Qualifications:

Licensed PA or NP in North Carolina Pain, ortho, neuro, or procedural background preferred
