  • Holly Springs, NC Restore Spine & Pain, PLLC is a rapidly growing, modern interventional pain management practice dedicated to restoring function, improving quality of life, and providing compassionate, evidence-based care to our patients.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team as we continue expanding our clinical services. This is an exceptional opportunity to work directly with a board-certified Pain Medicine & PM&R physician and gain experience in advanced interventional spine, musculoskeletal, and neuropathic pain management. About the Role The PA/NP will work closely with the physician to provide high-quality patient care through clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and procedural support. This position is ideal for clinicians who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to be part of a growing practice with opportunities for long-term career development. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, follow-ups, and focused assessments Develop and implement treatment plans under physician supervision Perform medication management and coordinate care across specialties Review imaging, diagnostic studies, and prior medical records Provide patient counseling and education on diagnoses and treatment options Document accurately and efficiently within EHR (eClinicalWorks) Participate in quality improvement and workflow optimization as practice grows Qualifications Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of North Carolina (or eligible) Strong interest in pain management, musculoskeletal medicine, or spine care New graduates welcome to apply — training provided Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with the physician Professional, positive, and patient-centered demeanor Why Join Restore Spine & Pain?
