Diabetes education Family medicine Illness care Immunizations for patients 18 and older In-office procedures Management of chronic health conditions Nutrition counseling Physicals Management of Substance Use Disorder and Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) Women's health

Monday 7:00am
- 5:00pm Tuesday
- Thursday 7:00am
- 6:00pm Friday 7:00am

Requirements:
Family Medicine APP Licensed in North Carolina 2-plus years of experience UNC Health Medical Group (UNCHMG) includes primary care physicians, as well as physicians in a wide range of specialties and sub-specialties.
