Conduct thorough patient histories and physical examinations Review diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and clinical courses Initiate, document, and communicate individualized care plans Perform daily patient rounds and follow-up care Order medications, laboratory tests, and diagnostic studies Interpret lab and test results, collaborating with the care team Provide patient education and counseling Manage your own caseload independently while ensuring high-quality careQualifications:
