Atrium Health Primary Care Mint Hill Commons Family Medicine, located in Mint Hill, NC, serves patients of all ages. Our practice provides comprehensive medical care to the residents of Mint Hill and surrounding areas.
Highlights about the position include:
Well-Established Practice that is Highly Respected in the Community 100% Outpatient Join 5 Physicians, 3 APPs, and 1 Psychologist Part-Time (.6FTE)- Monday
- Friday 1pm-5pm No Nights/Weekends Minimal Shared Call (Phone Only)
- 1 Week out of every 10 Weeks Innovative Practice w/ Support from Care Team for Chronic Disease Management Ideal candidate: Willing to See Patients of All Ages Primary Care Experience is Preferred With more than 1,100 primary care physicians & APPs across our System, we are dedicated to transforming the delivery of healthcare while providing superior patient experience.
