is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and dependable person to join our Mint Hill team. We aren't looking for someone who just wants to sit behind a front desk. This is a hands-on position for someone who genuinely enjoys the gym environment, likes interacting with people, and takes pride in keeping a facility clean and welcoming. What You'll Do Greet members and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere Give tours to prospective members and explain our memberships Sign up new members and help answer membership questions Answer phones and follow up with prospective members Learn our equipment and be able to explain the basic purpose and operation of common machines Keep the gym looking great throughout your shift Dust and wipe down equipment and surfaces Empty trash and handle other light cleaning duties Identify equipment or facility issues and communicate them to management Help maintain the clean, friendly, family-style atmosphere CoreFIT is known for Who We're Looking For You should have personal experience working out in a gym and be comfortable around strength-training and cardio equipment. You don't need to be a personal trainer, but this probably isn't the right position for someone who has never spent meaningful time exercising in a fitness center.

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations Professional and well-presented Positive and energetic Comfortable selling memberships without being pushy Dependable and punctual Detail-oriented about cleanliness Able to work independently without needing constant supervision Comfortable learning how different pieces of fitness equipment work Physically capable of being on their feet, moving throughout the gym, cleaning equipment, emptying trash, and performing the normal physical duties of the position Someone who genuinely enjoys fitness and the gym environment Pay & Growth Starting pay is $15/hour , with the opportunity to earn up to $20/hour based on performance, reliability, responsibilities, and contribution to the gym.
