We're adding a Hospitalist Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to our team at CarolinaEast Medical Center in New Bern, North Carolina. USACS APP CarolinaEast Medical Center Practice Highlights:
Daily Encounters:
184 8 Physicians / 3 APPs daytime; 2 Physicians / 1 APP at night 7-on / 7-off schedule Closed ICU model with dedicated intensivist coverage Dedicated admitters and hospitalist-staffed observation unit

Epic What your practice will look like: You'll work in a structured hospitalist program with strong Physician and APP collaboration. The model supports efficient workflows, defined roles, and team-based care, allowing for consistent, high-quality inpatient care across a diverse patient population.

Compensation & Benefits:
