Daily Encounters:
184 8 Physicians / 3 APPs daytime; 2 Physicians / 1 APP at night 7-on / 7-off schedule Closed ICU model with dedicated intensivist coverage Dedicated admitters and hospitalist-staffed observation unitEMR:
