Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
: The Pre-Registration Coordinator performs pre-service tasks for patients seeking care or requesting cost estimates. This individual is responsible for collecting and verifying patient demographic and insurance information to support pre-authorization. Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED is required Minimum two years of experience in a health care setting performing related tasks. Familiar with medical terminology and healthcare insurance processes Ability to prioritize and multitask with a strong attention to detail. Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
