Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) - Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Outpatient Primary Care | Up to $113,000/Year | Monday-Friday | No Nights or Weekends Are you an NP or PA looking for a primary care opportunity where you can build meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients — while still having your evenings and weekends? We're seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join an outpatient Internal Medicine / Family Medicine practice focused on comprehensive, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include:
Providing preventive care, annual physicals, and wellness visits Evaluating and managing acute and chronic medical conditions Managing medications and individualized care plans Ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic testing Educating patients on disease management and preventive care Coordinating referrals and specialty care Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Collaborating with physicians and other members of the healthcare team Providing high-quality, patient-centered care What We're Looking For Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in good standing Primary care experience preferred Strong clinical and patient communication skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
