Job Description TeamHealth is seeking a psychiatric nurse practitioner to provide high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care in an outpatient, integrated behavioral health setting. This role collaborates closely with primary care clinicians to support whole-person care. Estimated compensation range of $135,000 - $165,000 annually with no cap on productivity income Schedule Monday -
Thursday:
Clinical hours (rotating remote days)
Friday:
Administrative day No weekends, nights, or on-call Responsibilities Perform psychiatric evaluations and DSM-based diagnoses Manage medications and treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Ensure timely, compliant documentation Support crisis triage and referrals as needed Qualifications Licensed PMHNP (or APRN/PA with psychiatric training) in NC DEA registration 2+ years psychiatric experience preferred Why Join Us Predictable schedule with built-in admin time No call or weekends Collaborative, team-based environment Opportunity to serve a rural community Apply today!
