About the Role Carolina QuickCare is hiring a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Shallotte clinic. Shallotte is a growing hub in Brunswick County serving the southern coastal NC community, centrally located between Wilmington and Myrtle Beach. Pay:

$55-$70/hour ($103K-$131K per year), time-and-a-half after 40 hours

Schedule:

3 x 12-hour shifts per week, so 4 days off every week No on-call, no overnights, rotating weekends Average of 3-4 patients per hour Company-paid malpractice DOT Medical Examiner training provided at no cost Generous CME allowance Student loan repayment assistance program Free clinic visits for you and your family Benefits package recognized as a Top 10 program nationally among private urgent care organizations What You'll Do Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and episodic conditions. Perform common urgent care procedures, including laceration repair, abscess drainage, splinting, wound care, and DOT physicals. Order and interpret in-house labs and imaging. Prescribe, educate patients, and chart in Experity EMR. How You'll Practice You are the provider on-site and make your own clinical decisions, backed by established protocols, a dedicated clinic team, and clinical leadership when you need them. Onboarding includes a structured clinical orientation. Schedules are published in advance through a self-scheduling app, and extra shifts are easy to pick up. Compensation $55-$70/hour based on experience and credentials. Productivity incentives are available above base pay. Sign-on bonuses are offered on a case-by-case basis, based on experience and start date. Relocation assistance may also be available.
