Job Description

We are seeking two Board-Certified Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PA) to join our new CaroMont Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine clinic in Shelby, located within our Shelby Family Medicine clinic. Position Highlights Practice in our well-equipped facilities with access to CaroMont's extensive resources and network. In-house X-ray capability and onsite laboratory Split or rotating coverage between Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine services 8:00 am
  • 7:30 pm/ 7 days per week; 2-week rotating schedule Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat approximately 4 patients per hour with a wide range of urgent and non-emergent conditions Perform procedures such as wound care, suturing, splinting, and other urgent care services Deliver occupational medicine services, including injury care and physicals Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests including labs and imaging Provide education on treatment plans and follow-up care Document all encounters accurately and timely in EPIC Requirements Master's or Doctoral degree from accredited NP or PA program Board Certified FNP or PA-C Active NC License & DEA and Active SC License & DEA
BLS/ACLS
