Job Description

Job Description Family Ties is a thriving private practice with offices in Shallotte and Wilmington. Our mission is to promote healing in families and individuals, by treating mental health and substance use disorders. We seek to cultivate hope.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Valid DEA number registered in the North Carolina. Registration with state Prescription Monitoring Program.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Provide Medication Management for patients who attend (at minimum) monthly counseling at our facility. Work closely with the counselors to develop and understand the treatment plan and goals. Collaborate with other team members to provide the necessary documentation for quality care as well as for providing medical necessity documentation and support for the level of medical decision making.
SCHEDULE
The schedule would need to accommodate the population we serve. Hybrid optional for a maximum of 2 days a week. Part-time while case load is building.
BENEFITS
Case load provided for you by our facility. Office staff and assistants will handle the scheduling of patients, prior authorization of medications, insurance verification, collection of urinalysis, requesting medical records and labs, uploading relevant information to patient charts such as gene sight, urinalysis and blood work results.
COMPENSATION
60% of all income received from services provided.
Pay:
$46,800.00 - $93,600.00 per year
