Job Description

My client is looking for a Dermatology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their growing Dermatology practice. This is a tremendous opportunity to grow your career professionally and financially.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical histories. Perform and assist with various dermatological procedures, including biopsies, cryotherapy, and excisions. Diagnose and treat common skin conditions, such as acne, psoriasis, eczema, and skin infections. Provide patient education on dermatological conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Essential Job Functions:
Perform clinical examinations and evaluations to diagnose dermatological conditions accurately. Prescribe appropriate medications and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Perform minor surgeries and procedures under the supervision of a dermatologist. Monitor and track patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, maintain accurate medical records. Qualifications North Carolina License MUST have at least 1 year of dermatology experience under a Board Certified Dermatologist Excellent diagnostic and treatment skills Strong knowledge of dermatological diseases, conditions, and treatments Proficient in performing dermatology procedures and surgeries. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide patient education and foster strong doctor-patient relationships.
