The Rose Program is looking for a Palliative Nurse Practitioners to join our growing practice caring for patients in long term care facilities and ALF's. A passion for this work and a love for seniors is a must. Overview Full time and Part time positions Excellent salary + Full Benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401k with company match! Nurse Practitioner Duties Contributes to effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range geriatric patient care issues that must be addressed; recommending options and courses of action. Assesses patient health by interviewing patients; performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories.. Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
