Negotiable Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner you will join our team providing outpatient care in the Grand Island, Nebraska area. The schedule is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm with some flexibility. In addition there is a weekend inpatient rounding rotation. In this role you will be part of a collaborative outpatient clinic that provides a wide variety of outpatient mental health services, including psychiatric evaluation and treatment, psychological testing, individual and family psychotherapy, and interdisciplinary collaboration. To be successful the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner excels by expertly balancing a productive practice, efficiently managing a caseload while delivering comprehensive, whole-person care that addresses both the mental and physical well-being. They actively contribute as a collaborative team player, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and optimal patient outcomes. Monday - Friday schedule Work Independently with the support of a remote collaborating Psychiatrist Support and mentorship you need to succeed New patient evaluations, diagnose, treat and manage mental health conditions in Adults and Adolescents We are offering an annual salary, eligibility for productivity bonuses, and relocation assistance for new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
