Job Description

Nurse Practitioner Compensation:
$80 to $85 hourly Flexibility to make your schedule for single-visit insurance exams requiring no follow-up or medical management.

Sioux City, IA Fort Dodge, IA Marion, IL Mason City, IA Grand Island, NE Kearney, NE Albert Lea, MN St. Cloud, MN Albany, GA Trenton, GA Dalton, GA We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (P.A.) looking to make a meaningful contribution to the healthcare of government personnel. We are seeking an Advanced Practitioner to perform history and physical exams on military personnel with a focus on maintaining their health and readiness. This role offers the opportunity to work at your own pace with 60-minute appointments, allowing for comprehensive medical interviewing and health examinations. No acute or chronic disease management is required, which means no ordering of labs, medications, or diagnostic testing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive history and physical exams with a focus on maintaining health and readiness for government personnel Document patient assessments, findings, and recommendations accurately and promptly. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and follow established protocols. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications :
Providers with independent practice are highly preferred Or those who can provide their own clinic/facility are highly preferred Current unrestricted and board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in conducting history and physical exams. Prior experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care is highly desirable but not required.

Providers who have their own practice or can provide their own office are highly preferred We can provide our office if needed
