In Person Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing behavioral health team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatric NP seeking a flexible part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role. Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and comprehensive mental health assessments. Diagnose and treat a variety of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide psychiatric medication management and monitor treatment response. Provide ongoing patient follow-up and psychiatric care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Support evidence-based psychiatric and behavioral health practices. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing. Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification. Active Nebraska Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility to obtain one. Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one. Experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, or mental health services preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and decision-making skills.
