Job Description

We're hiring a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Concord, NH team as the site's Lead Provider. This role is ideal for an experienced APP who enjoys hands-on urgent care practice and wants to shape clinical care and mentor newer providers in a busy, fast-paced environment. You'll serve as the clinical backbone of the location—driving quality, supporting staff development, and helping create a collaborative culture that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and excellent patient outcomes. What you'll do Provide comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages. Serve as the clinical leader for on-site clinical staff, setting and maintaining high standards of care. Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health professionals, including precepting and performance feedback. Promote evidence-based practice and continuous clinical improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical protocols to keep patients and staff safe. Who we're looking for Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body. Active New Hampshire license (or eligibility for licensure). Unrestricted DEA registration (must obtain/maintain). BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is strongly preferred. Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus.
