Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Lead Provider in Nashua, NH. This is a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced APP who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while mentoring and guiding clinical staff in a fast-paced urgent care setting. As the clinical leader of the site, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring clinical excellence, supporting new graduate providers, and fostering a collaborative team culture that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and outstanding patient outcomes.
Position Overview:
Delivering comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages Serving as the clinical leader for all on-site clinical staff Mentoring and supporting new graduate NPs/PAs and allied healthcare professional Promoting evidence-based practice and high clinical standards Ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical protocolsRequirements:
Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body Active Maine license (or eligibility for licensure) Must have and maintain an unrestricted DEA license BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plusCompensation & Benefits:
