We are seeking someone who can start as part-time (preferably 2-3 days a week Monday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday) and eventually transition to full time. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, with experience across various medical settings. As an FNP, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to adult patients, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. Your expertise will contribute to the overall health and well-being of our community. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences. Provide acute and chronic disease management, including medication administration and monitoring. Perform procedures such as IV insertion Utilize EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation and patient record management. Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management strategies. Participate in telehealth consultations to expand access to care for patients. Requirements Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner studies. Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems Experience in primary care Familiarity with CPT coding, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding practices Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Preferred Experience:
Primary Care Office- Routine Annual physicals, chronic disease management (HTN, HLD, DM2, Hypothyroid, etc) Medical Weight loss
Aesthetic:
botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatment, IV infusion therapy Fluency in Spanish (not required) Experience with EMR Practice Fusion (not required)
