Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Provider to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have a strong nursing background and expertise in various medical treatments and care settings. As a Nurse Practitioner/ Physicians Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.Duties:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Administer treatments, including acute pain management.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare team members for coordinated patient care.
- Utilize ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes.
- Engage in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients.
- Handle specimen collection processing efficiently.
Experience:
- Experience in diverse patient care settings such as hospitals or skilled nursing facilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality care standards.
