Flexible supplemental work Looking for a clinical side job that fits around your existing schedule? BridgeCare Medicine is seeking a PA or NP for a few hours per week of adult skilled nursing and subacute rehabilitation care. The schedule is extremely flexible, with weekday or weekend sessions arranged around your availability and facility needs. Your work Evaluate patients and manage acute and chronic conditions within your scope. Reconcile medications and coordinate care with nursing and rehabilitation teams. Complete documentation, review results and support care transitions. Recognize changes in condition and escalate appropriately to the covering physician. Hours and location Start with a small weekly time commitment. Total hours include on-site sessions, preparation, documentation and follow-up. Cherry Hill is the initial recruiting area; the specific facility assignment is being finalized. Days, start date, coverage responsibilities and physician backup arrangements will be agreed before clinical work begins. Who should apply Graduates of accredited PA or NP programs, with applicable state licensure and certification verified before clinical start. Experience in subacute rehabilitation, SNFs, long-term care, emergency medicine, intensive care, hospital medicine or urgent care is preferred. Early-career applicants may be considered when appropriate training and dependable physician backup are available.
