We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensed in New Jersey to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a structured, outpatient setting with no hospital call and a strong focus on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient consultations, including medical history, physical exams, and goal setting Develop and manage individualized weight loss treatment plans Prescribe and manage medications, including weight loss therapies as appropriate Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Review lab results and provide clear guidance to patients Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and long-term weight management Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Requirements:
Active NP or PA license in New Jersey Board Certified (NP or PA-C) DEA license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Interest in weight loss, wellness, and preventive care Experience in weight loss, primary care, or wellness is a plus but not required
