We're seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our busy, well-established Urgent Care practice in Franklin Park, NJ. Join a collaborative team of Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians, experienced Advanced Practice Providers, and exceptional clinical support staff in a modern, state-of-the-art facility equipped with on-site X-ray, EKG, and laboratory services—allowing you to diagnose and treat patients efficiently without unnecessary delays. - Opportunity to work alongside experienced Emergency Medicine providers What You'll Do
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages—from pediatrics to geriatrics
- Perform comprehensive urgent care examinations
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, X-rays, EKGs, and other diagnostic studies
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications
- Perform common urgent care procedures, including suturing, laceration repair, incision & drainage (I&D), splinting, and wound care
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the clinical team to provide outstanding patient care Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Active New Jersey PA or NP license
- Prior Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan
- Experience performing urgent care procedures, including suturing and I&D
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Why Join Us?
