Job Description

CimiSurgical (CIMI), a proud member of the Advanced Reconstructive Surgical Alliance (ARSA), the nation's largest plastic and reconstructive surgery network, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support its dermatology and skin pathology services in Bergen County, New Jersey. As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll work alongside highly specialized physicians and advanced practice providers, contributing to exceptional patient care while expanding your clinical expertise through mentorship, collaboration, and ongoing professional development. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with current national certification (AANP or ANCC) Active or eligible New Jersey NP licensure Established experience in general dermatology strongly preferred; NPs with an existing patient following are especially encouraged to apply Comfortable managing a full scope of general dermatologic care, including medical visits and minor procedures Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, patient-first approach to care Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary ranging between $125,000- $160,000 with final offer based on qualifications, experience, and existing patient base Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, HSA, and Long-Term Disability insurance 401(k) with Profit Sharing Paid Time Off Annual CME stipend to support continued education and growth Malpractice insurance coverage Assistance with licensing and credentialing to ease your transition Abundant professional development opportunities within the largest reconstructive surgery alliance in the U.S. The Location Bergen County sits directly across the river from Manhattan, offering a dense, well-established metro-area referral and hospital network.
