AbendHealth is expanding with a new primary care location in Hackettstown, NJ, and we are looking for an exceptional Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team at this location. Perform physical exams and preventive visits. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans with an emphasis on prevention and patient education. Order and interpret appropriate labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Collaborate with our physicians and clinical team as needed.

Qualifications Candidates must be either:

A New Jersey licensed or license-eligible Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) , or A New Jersey licensed or license-eligible Physician Assistant (PA-C) . Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care is preferred but not required . New graduates are encouraged to apply.
