Description:
We are seeking a dedicated, Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our collaborative healthcare team. You will deliver comprehensive, outpatient primary care—including physical exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and chronic disease management—alongside a supportive staff and physician partners.

Outpatient responsibilities only. Full-time schedules feature a 4-day workweek with no weekends.

Available as either a Part-Time or Full-Time role.

Located near historic shops, cafes, parks, and trails. Easily accessible via the PATCO train (Haddonfield Station) for a hassle-free commute from Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Core Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical examinations, assess health status, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions. rder, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results. Formulate, implement, and modify individualized treatment and care plans. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and standards of care. Educate and counsel patients and their families on wellness, disease prevention, and treatment management. Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary team members, facilitating appropriate referrals and care transitions. Maintain strict compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive base salary along with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time team members:
Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000

Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited nursing program.
Licensure & Certification:
Active Board Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN / NP) and unencumbered New Jersey licensure.
Clinical Skills:
Proficiency in clinical diagnostic equipment, electronic health records (EHR), and point-of-care technology.
Key Competencies:
Strong clinical decision-making and critical-thinking abilities; exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills; meticulous attention to detail and patient confidentiality.
