Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent patient assessment skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals. This role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care across diverse settings with a

Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patient health status. Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and collaborative practice agreements. Perform diagnostic evaluations utilizing EMR system, EClinicalWorks, including reviewing laboratory results and imaging studies. Manage acute and chronic conditions. Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans. Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic health records (EHR) while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Experience Prior experience working in hospital medicine, emergency medicine, is highly desirable but not required.
