Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (Arabic Speaking) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality patient care, conduct comprehensive assessments, and collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal health outcomes. Your ability to communicate fluently in Arabic will enable you to serve diverse patient populations effectively, fostering trust and understanding. Responsibilities Perform thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients across various age groups, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and adults. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices. Prescribe medications and treatments following state regulations and within the scope of practice, utilizing EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation. Conduct diagnostic evaluations such as laboratory testing, imaging referrals, and specimen collection/processing to support clinical decision-making. Provide patient education on disease prevention, management strategies, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications in both English and Arabic. Assist with procedures including suturing, IV infusion, catheterization, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and spinal taps as needed. Engage in telehealth consultations to expand access to care for remote or underserved populations while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Skills Fluent in Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in English is preferred. Extensive experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, or Athenahealth. Strong clinical skills across multiple specialties including internal medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, emergency medicine, behavioral health, and critical care environments like ICU or Level I Trauma Centers. Knowledge of medical coding systems such as
CPT, ICD-9/10
for accurate documentation and billing processes. Skilled in performing procedures like venipuncture, sterile processing techniques, tube feeding management, respiratory support including ventilator management, and aseptic techniques. Familiarity with advanced practice provider protocols and collaborative practice agreements to ensure seamless integration within multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage complex cases involving acute pain management, hospice & palliative care, infectious disease care, occupational health issues including Workers' compensation law compliance. Experience in specialized areas such as gastrology, neurodiagnostics (sonography), anesthesiology procedures (airway management), and post-acute care settings like nursing homes or assisted living facilities. Demonstrated capability in patient assessment of vital signs, medical documentation accuracy, medication administration following DEA regulations, and client communication skills that foster trust and clarity.
