We are offering both full-time and part-time opportunities within our skilled nursing facility practices across New Jersey.

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey Minimum 1 year of experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred New graduates are welcome to apply - we provide strong mentorship and ongoing clinical support

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality primary care services in collaboration with supervising physicians Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, and manage treatment plans Communicate and coordinate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes Complete timely and accurate documentation to support compliance, audits, and billing processes
