Responsibilities:
Provide a full scope of primary care, including new admissions, routine follow-up visits, and comprehensive medical management for residents Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered careRequirements:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of NJ Minimum of 6 months NP experience Prior nursing home or long-term care experience highly preferredSchedule:
Full time - Monday tillFriday Compensation & Benefits:
