  • Outpatient practice setting working between Teaneck and North Bergen on a consistent schedule seeing PM&R patients.
What You'll Be Doing Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal, spine, sports medicine, and pain-related conditions in an outpatient setting. Perform physical examinations, develop treatment plans, and provide patient education to support recovery and long-term wellness. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinical staff to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment. Document encounters, prescribe medications as appropriate, and assist with patient follow-up across two NJ clinic locations. What You Need Active New Jersey Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license. Experience in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), pain management, orthopedics, sports medicine, or musculoskeletal care preferred; strong communication and patient-focused care skills required. .
