Job Description

Are you a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for caring for the geriatric population? If so, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with the patients you enjoy serving most. A fast-growing long-term care organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join its team at a nursing home in Neptune City,NJ.

Responsibilities:

Provide full-scope primary care to residents Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in MO DEA license Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner Nursing home experience strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
