Job Description

Join a community-focused pediatric practice serving Central and Northern New Jersey. We are hiring a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant based primarily in Perth Amboy with optional coverage at our North Bergen location. Clinical responsibilities Outpatient pediatric care Hospital rounding on newborns approximately every 6 weeks No delivery attendance or C-section coverage Maintain high-quality, family-centered care; Spanish-speaking candidates preferred Schedule Full-time, five-day work week Every-other-Saturday rotation; one weekday off in weeks with Saturday coverage Compensation & benefits
Salary:
$130,000-$140,000 (commensurate with experience) Quarterly performance bonus Partnership track available Medical and dental insurance Malpractice insurance provided 401(k) / profit-sharing plan One month paid time off Qualifications Master's degree and current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active or eligible New Jersey license Pediatric experience strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Spanish proficiency preferred Stable, collaborative practice with opportunities for professional growth.
