Job Description
Stress Care of New Jersey, LLC is a Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment Center licensed by the State of NJ and accredited by The Joint Commission. At Stress Care, we provide a full range of Outpatient Services, including Psychiatric Evaluations, Medication Management, Traditional Therapy, Group Therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Partial Care. We work with adults and adolescents and our integrated treatment team consists of Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Social Workers, Counselors, Peer Professionals, and other allied team members We are currently seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who will focus on psychiatric evaluations and medication management while working as part of an interdisciplinary team of Psychiatrists, APN, LCSW and LPC staff. The APN will work in a collaborative agreement with a full-time board-certified staff psychiatrist.
ANNUAL SALARY
Starting at $140,000 Qualifications and Skills Psychiatric Advanced Nurse Practitioner CDS DEA Experience in Mental Health and Addiction strongly preferred, in addition to managing patients with all dual diagnosis Proficient in EHR systems Responsibilities and Duties Conducting in-person and telehealth psychiatric evaluations. Lifespan practice treating patients with all psychiatric conditions and comorbid addiction issues Diagnose mental health and addiction conditions and develop a treatment plan Prescribe and manage medication for patients. Collaborate with other healthcare professional to coordinate patient care Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
