Job Description

Join a community-focused pediatric practice serving Central and Northern New Jersey. Seeking a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work primarily from our Perth Amboy office. Optional coverage at North Bergen available but not required. Key responsibilities Provide outpatient pediatric care. Conduct newborn hospital rounding ~every 6 weeks (no deliveries or C-section coverage). Manage routine well-child visits, sick visits, immunizations, and developmental assessments. Communicate with families and coordinate care with physicians and support staff. Schedule Full-time, 5-day work week. Every-other-Saturday rotation; one weekday off during weeks that include Saturday. Qualifications Master's degree and current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Active or eligible New Jersey license. Pediatric experience strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Spanish proficiency preferred to serve a large Hispanic patient population. Compensation & benefits Salary $130,000-$140,000 DOE. Quarterly performance bonus. Partnership track available. Medical and dental insurance. Malpractice insurance provided. 401(k) / profit-sharing plan. 1 month paid time off.
