Requires a graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program and current NM Board of Nursing license with NP or Clinical Nurse Specialist certification, DEA license, and NM Controlled Substance Registration. Must obtain BLS/CPR or ACLS certification within 30 days of hire, depending on assigned duties. Must meet screening requirements, including immunizations, TB testing, and criminal background check if assigned to certain areas.
