Full-time, Tues-Fri, 8am-5pm
Pay:
$120,000
•150,000 plus a full benefits package and up to $15,000 relocation assistance and potentially eligible for HRSA and other student loan repayment programs! The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for but may not be limited to: Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and preventive screenings Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and lab results Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and therapies per New Mexico regulations Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment, and prevention Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record Collaborate with physicians and care team members to ensure continuity of care Participate in quality improvement and community health initiatives Support access to care for underserved populations
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
