• Local Team Collaboration:
• + We take pride in our well-established team at Presbyterian Plains Regional of 6 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider (APP), with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator.

+ Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.

+ This is part of the Presbyterian System, with a total of 9 hospitals in NM. This 106-bed hospital serves Eastern NM and West TX.

• Qualifications:
• + Must be an ACNP. + We provide in-house licensing and credentialing support. + We have a robust onboarding/training process.
• Scheduling:
• + Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day.
• Key Responsibilities:
• + You will be admitting, discharging, and rounding during the week. + NO Procedures. + Most specialists are in-house. + CRNAs manage the 7 ICU beds. + EPIC EMR.

• Rewards and Compensation:
• + $160,000 annual base salary. + 20 days of PTO, in addition to major holidays. + Full benefits, including CME allowance. + Relocation assistance.
