New Mexico Premier Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dedicated primary care team in Los Lunas, New Mexico. We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care while building lasting relationships with the individuals and families we serve.

$150,000/year

Join a collaborative team that values respect, professional growth, and excellent patient care About the Role As a valued member of our primary care team, you will provide comprehensive care to patients while promoting wellness, prevention, and long-term health.
Responsibilities include:
Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions Perform routine physical exams, wellness visits, and health screenings Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and other diagnostic tests Develop individualized treatment and care plans Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and other common primary care conditions Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, medications, and treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other members of the healthcare team to coordinate patient care Build lasting relationships with patients through continuity of care Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in New Mexico, or eligibility for New Mexico licensure Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Why Los Lunas?
