This role combines direct patient care with leadership responsibilities, partnering with clinic and operational leaders to drive quality outcomes, patient safety, provider engagement, and clinic performance. The Team Lead maintains a clinical practice while mentoring and supporting APC team members. Experience in medical utilization management, medical quality assurance, quality improvement techniques, risk management, and compliance Knowledge of primary care operations; knowledge of management practices, human relations, consensus building, and collaborative ability Must have strong oral and written communication techniques and be professionally respected by peers; leadership ability and demonstrated competence in the primary care setting

Nurse Practitioner:

Current NBR Certification; Licensed RN by the State of NM; Current Nurse Practitioner in the state of NM

Physician Assistant:

Licensed Physician Assistant by the State of NM Current and unrestricted DEA certificate BLS certification required within 30 days of hire Must be able to meet all pre-employment requirements Must be able to meet all health requirements at hire and periodically thereafter, as required by company policy/state regulations to verify that they/he/she is free from communicable disease and physically able to perform assigned duties The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $166,500 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
