Nurse Practitioner Sleep Medicine HealthYes Staffing Network South Valley, NM Job Details Full-time $150,000 - $190,000 a year 7 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Nurse Practitioner (NP) Advanced practice provider Full Job Description HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an established outpatient sleep medicine practice in the Albuquerque area. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, dedicated documentation time, production-based earning potential, and specialized sleep medicine training. You will independently manage a patient panel while receiving support from an experienced medical director, clinicians, and administrative team. Position Highlights Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Last appointment scheduled between 3:30 and 4:00 p.m. Dedicated documentation time Approximately 20 patients per day Competitive base salary plus production bonus Outpatient care for pediatric through geriatric patients Sleep medicine training available Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match Responsibilities Evaluate patients with suspected or diagnosed sleep disorders Review and explain sleep-study results Diagnose and manage sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, parasomnias, and related conditions Develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe and manage CPAP, Inspire, Remedē, medications, and other therapies Monitor treatment effectiveness and patient adherence Manage new consultations and established-patient follow-ups Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with the medical director and interdisciplinary care team Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner certification Active New Mexico Nurse Practitioner license Current Medicare and Medicaid enrollment At least two years of direct patient-care experience preferred Sleep medicine experience preferred but not required Pulmonary, ENT, neurology, or family practice experience is relevant Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan EMR proficiency and strong computer skills Spanish-language proficiency is a plus Strong communication and independent clinical decision-making skills Build expertise in a growing specialty while enjoying a predictable daytime schedule and performance-based earning potential.
