Opportunities are available throughout most counties statewide. Assignments are scheduled based on provider availability and county demand, with opportunities in all but a limited number of restricted counties.

Schedule and Volume Typical schedule:

Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Daily volume: 5 to 8 in home assessments per day Availability requirement: Providers must be available at least two full days per week and include one weekday Weekend only availability is not accepted Clinical Responsibilities History and physical style assessments Medication review Vitals and point of care screenings as applicable Fecal kit distribution as applicable Documentation completed on a provided tablet based platform Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Nevada license appropriate to provider type National certification required for NP and PA roles CAQH profile and NPI required Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify
