Job Description

Conduct patient assessments, including history taking, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses using evidence-based guidelines. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications, ordering laboratory and radiology tests, and referring patients to specialists as appropriate. Provide preventive care, patient education, counseling, and lifestyle guidance to support overall health and wellness. Discuss potential side effects of medications/treatments with patients and ensure allergy information is current. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records in compliance with departmental policies and federal/state privacy regulations. Adhere to departmental procedures, quality improvement initiatives, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards. Maintain current licensure, certifications, and continuing education requirements. Pay:
$130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
